📌 Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling hotel-related products, including hospitality amenities, interior solutions, architectural hardware, and furnishing products to hotels, resorts, apartments, and commercial developments across Sri Lanka.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✔ Develop and maintain relationships with hotels, resorts, architects, interior designers, consultants, developers, and contractors.

✔ Promote and sell hotel amenities, interior products, architectural hardware, and related solutions.

✔ Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and expand the customer base.

✔ Conduct client visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and site inspections.

✔ Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up on sales inquiries and project opportunities.

✔ Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.

✔ Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

✔ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.

✅ Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Management, Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in sales, hospitality solutions, interior products, building materials, or architectural hardware.

• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.

• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.

• Valid riding/driving license will be an added advantage.
